“I linked with AZ Speed Guru at the beginning of the track season. I wanted someone who was experienced in maximizing the short amount of time we had to get these kids ready. The first time he came out the connection was exactly what we were hoping for. The kids were engaged in what he was saying the reasoning , the way he explains things that me as a coach I appreciate, seeing it from a different perspective it allows me the opportunity to see how to connect”
